Absolutely.  We can produce a chart of accounts specifically designed for your industry and business type, or use one provided by your Accountant.

Yes.  If DJBK logs in via remote desktop and the accounting software is in multi-user mode, both parties can use it at the same time.  If we are working on a backed up copy of your MYOB/Quickbooks file, it will be backed up and returned to you when the work’s complete, and you can start using it again.

We have access to a secure file exchange facility via the Australian Bookkeepers Network.  This enables safe, efficient transfer of files that are too large to email.

Yes.  DJBK can pay directly from your bank account or write cheques on your behalf, then return them to you for signing.

Yes.   Timesheets are scanned & emailed (and can be faxed or posted).  The data is entered, payslips are produced and provided to you (or directly to staff).  All payroll items are attended to including superannuation, PAYG withholding, leave entitlements, etc.  Reporting for Superannuation & PAYG are provided on a regular basis and end of year PAYG payment summaries are produced and distributed to you (or directly to employees).

It will depend on the nature of your business, the quantity of transactions and of course the type of business reporting you are required to do for the Australian Taxation Office.  Some smaller businesses, such as a tradesman working for themself, might have their books done once a quarter for BAS purposes.  Other clients with a large number of transactions, regular payroll, and more requirements have their books done on a weekly basis.  We can work out what best suits your business needs.
